Join the GVF team! We're looking for a part-time Children & Family Ministry Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled, self-motivated leader to provide vision, organization, & the tools necessary to take our Children & Family ministry to the next level. You would primarily be leading adults (parents & volunteers) who would then do the work of ministering to our children. Specifically, we want our Children and Family ministry to be top-notch in at least 3 areas:

1) Engaging Sunday morning programing that helps our kids love church & want to invite their friends – We want Sunday to be the best morning of the week for our kids.
2) Biblical, Gospel-centered content that encourages our kids to learn & live out their faith – We are not saved by being moral but by the grace of God. When we believe this Good News we are transformed. Our kids have to know this from the beginning.
3) Family-focused discipleship, meaning that we are not just serving kids, but equipping parents to disciples their kids – Deuteronomy 6:4-9 should shape our children’s ministry.

This is a 15 hour/week position that could potentially grow into something more substantial. You would report directly to the pastor, Paul Anderson.
